Founded in 2010 by a team of global-recognized professionals with extensive experience in academia and international institutions, the company is spearheaded by Timothy Liu Tian Shu, also known as Timothy, who acts as the CEO and Founder of Light Beijing Co Ltd and concurrently serves as the CIO and Product Department Leader at Belt Road International Corporation Centre since 2018. Timothy brings over 17 years of experience in various domns such as associations, businesses, schools, and internet initiatives.
